CONGRATULATIONS TO GSDCSGV! We won 3rd place in the German Shepherd Dog Club of America’s Regional Club Challenge (Medium Size Club Division). Awarded on October 9, 2014, at the GSDCA National in St. Louis. Many thanks to Debbie Kaser for being there to accept our award. It recognizes the activities of the GSDCA Regional Clubs and fosters growth through competition as well as the sharing of ideas and resources. In addition, the GSDCA Regional Club Challenge is designed to promote camaraderie among the individual members within the regional clubs associated with the GSDCA by encouraging competition with other clubs.
The Regional Club Challenge awards points to the Regional Club whose members compete in a variety of activities ranging from titles and awards, and collective community activities to member recruitment.
We found out about the challenge – just a few weeks before the deadline, so our members scrambled and truly rose to the occasion to get our info collated and submitted – which resulted in our club being named third best club in the nation!!!! Congrats to all our members from your VERY PROUD PRESIDENT – Cathy Jahelka!
